Sorry about the long post but here it goes... first things first, I'm not a vocal person when it comes to my feelings and emotions, especially expressing them. And I am depressed and really not okay. However I feel like I don't have anyone around me, that makes me feel that type of comfortability to express myself. Thankfully this would be my 2nd time going through depression, so I am lot more aware about the type of person i can turn into when I am in that situation again. And I don't want that and I want to get better, hence why I'm here.
Anyways I'm just going to throw this out there... Ideally what I would like is another person who has some kind of therapy/counselling experience and or knowledge. Who then would be interested in doing what would be a therapy session. But only in the way that we are focusing on me and my mental health as a whole, my emotions and feelings side of it all. Leaving out the professionalism of it. Because I'd like the setting that we are in to be that we are just chilling, just how 2 mates sit and chill out together.
There's a lot more info that I could spew out about this but private message me on here if interested or even if you're just curious about it.
