I'm looking for a twice-weekly at-home workout (cardio and strength) male buddy on Thursdays and Sundays, an additional evening after work, 7 pm, in Manhattan only.
I've got mobile gym equipment at home, not gym machines: dumbbells, kettlebells, aerobic stepper, and resistance cords.
If you're looking for extreme weight loss, this wouldn't be for you. This is for mild-to-moderate weight loss, conditioning, and toning over three months.

It would clothed workout, and a nude cooldown and guided mediation one session, and guided nude two-stage pranayama breath work session the following session.
