Looking for fellow yoga, somatic movement, and stretching buddies in Manhattan.
I never seem to warmup and stretch enough before home workouts.
Cooldowns, I’m usually tired after my workout.
I’ve been compiling YouTube and Instagram videos and reels from various teachers and experts.
Would be great to have someone to learn and improve with this fall and winter so we’re rock solid by next spring.
Send a DM if you’ve two or three days a week for an hour or so to practice yoga and stretching.
