Im Travis, and i live here in Middletown, NY, in my house with my 2 dogs. Ruby is my senior girl. She's 13, and i had the pleasure of being there the day she was born. Nezzi is a puppy by comparison and totally attached to my hip at all times. Pictures of both are available.

I've been living in this house alone for the better part of the past year and a half after my last relationship ended. Cleaning it up, fixing things that had fallen into disarray (some of the reasons my last relationship ended had to do with who was supposed to take care of what).

There's a lot of stuff i used to do, I've realized that's a very big thing as you grow older. Stuff you used to do. I used to play video games all the time, used to go hiking and exploring, used to go swimming and exercise every day, used to train in boxing and then ju jitsu. Some of these i would love to get back into, some i have moved away from, and that's fine.

Currently, im a major movie nerd. Netflix, hulu, amazon, i will find the movie and watch it or at least put it on as background noise. Let's be honest with the way a lot of us consume media these days does anyone just sit down with their partner, put their phone down, and actually watch things anymore?

I love to cook, almost everything has been self-taught, and im very good at the basics. I used to have a subscription to hellofresh but canceled when i felt like i was recycling the same meals over and over.

So he cooks, he cleans, he owns his own house, takes care of dogs including a senior, whys he single? My work. I work 40-45 hours a week, with a 45-minute commute and about 75% of my shifts starting at 4 am in the morning. This means traditional dating almost becomes non-existent. I can't go to a bar if im in bed by 7pm, it just doesn't work.

So what am i looking for. Well, I'm pretty open physically. I've always been able to find the beauty in whoever. I want someone honest, sincere, someone who won't just run off to Tinder at the first fight but will sit down and go, "Hey, we need to talk this wasnt cool." Someone who enjoys quality time because it's one of my love languages and i realize going to bed at 7pm isn't an option for everyone so i have to cherrish our time together. Someone who will reciprocate. Someone who is seriously willing to put in the effort and work to grow and maintain a real relationship.
