Suffolk permit misdemeanor record

Evening guys. Was looking at applying for sportsmen’s permit then eventually ccw down the road. I have a record of misdemeanor harassment with intent to emotionally disturb out of Minnesota from some stupid social media shit. I had one year probation and finished that a few months ago. Anyone ever tried going for the permit with a misdemeanor of similar caliber at all? I know I’m not asking for legal advice but guidance from my fellow supporters.
