What is your ideal starting lineup (once everyone is healthy)? And what direction the club should go in going forward for the rest of the year.
Post Body

  1. CF Big Dick Hicks/Gardy
  2. LF Ginger Jesus/Gardy
  3. RF God
  4. 2B Castro
  5. SS Didi
  6. C Sanchino
  7. DH Holliday/Gardy
  8. 1B Ji-Man
  9. 3B Headcase/Toe

So anyways, I already know I'm gonna get shit for excluding Gardy/Ellsbury but oh well.

Ellsbury wasn't great before the injury offensively, and has been brutal since. I know Gardner has really raised his power level this year but outside of May, his average has been sub .240. Really think one of them should be traded(Ellsbury plz) and just let Clint rock in LF, while Gardner becomes that utility/start every few games OF. Sure we'll take a defensive hit and growing pains but I really hope they dont send him back to AAA which will probably happen anyways.

Also I know Sanchez batting 6th is like wtf but isn't that when he got his groove going after being moved from the 2 spot? Batted .307 in June with 9 homers and 27 RBIs. More of a L/R matchup guy myself so I mixed it up and threw Didi in there.

Hope this thread turns into a discussion with solid reasoning on what's best for the club.
