Hey everyone! Looking for a room uptown Manhattan: Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood…, preferably furnished, to move end of January. Budget $1000-1500.

I’m a gay man, 26, I work as an educator for a nonprofit and as a graphic designer for a design studio abroad. I’m very chill, enjoy having a clean and organized space. I enjoy music, art and design exhibitions, playing video games, and occasionally going out.

I like feeling the place I live is as a place to rest and recharge. I don’t smoke, would prefer a space that’s smoke free. Also where we can work as a team to have a clean house.

First time moving in NYC so I have no idea what else should I disclose here, please DM me for questions or any tips.
