• Budget: ~$1500/month give or take for my room

• Move-in: 9/15-10/1

About Me:

28M, gay, Filipino, NY-born and raised. Friendly, active, fun, easygoing, and respectful. I’m 420 friendly and very clean. Allergic to dogs and cats, so no pets. I enjoy hosting friends occasionally (with your approval). My interests include food, travel, dancing, superhero shows/movies, reality TV, exercise, and video games.

Weekly Routine:

• Mon-Fri: Gym 6-9 AM, Work 9-6 PM

• Work from home: Mon & Fri, In-office: Tue-Thurs

• Weekends: Out with friends or at gay clubs or events, but more of a homebody in winter playing video games
