Hi, I'm Lune (ignore deadname in my username). I'm 36 years old. I'm looking for a room in either Williamsburg, Bushwick or Ridgewood. My budget is around $10000. Prefer a sublet. If I need to sign on to a lease I'd have to do so with a guarantor which I have. I'm not currently employed but will be come September (I'm a teacher). Can provide proof of upcoming employment. Can also provide proof of ability to pay first, last, and a security deposit. I'm cat and dog friendly. While I no longer partake myself, I am 420 friendly.
