Hey friends!

My partner of three years (33, male, gay) and myself (28, male, gay) are looking for someone to sign a new lease on an apartment with us.

We’re originally from San Franciso, and we’re looking to find a spacious affordable apartment in/around Astoria. We’re also open to areas in Brooklyn and Harlem.

Our goal is to spend no more than $3000 on a 2-bedroom (total apartment cost), or maybe a little more for a 3-bedroom for the extra office space.

We’re aiming for a mid July (July 15th) move in.

We are both young professionals who are clean, respectful, and easygoing. We would love to find someone who we get along with and can be friends.

My partner Atticus is a working towards getting his Nursing license, and loves hiking and travel. I (Josh) work in tech, and I love anime, video games, and going to live music events.

We have a small pug named Douglas who is super chill, low maintenance, and adorable.

We would love to find a roommate who is part of the LGBTQ community, but we’re open to all kinds of people.

If you feel like this might be a good fit, hit me up!
