so i currently live in tennessee and im renting a 2b 3 and half bath for $1200 monthly but i do pay weekly. im making this because i really want to come to new york and live and work on my modeling/writing career- i know that sounds so cringe but its true. I feel like it would be way more affordable if my 19 year old self could find a roommate that already has a place then doing it all on my own. my budget is up to $1500 right now but it could go higher.
