I will give a honest and non biased review after attending 2 interviews.

I am looking for full time jobs and receive a text (not a call) from LCM. I replied with a thanks and mention that I can’t find the application as i was applying only on Indeed. They replied that it’s under GA Business Services. As i found it also the role was MANAGEMENT TRAINEE.

Looking at the job description, i got the idea that they were expanding and needed management trainees to manage the reporting and analysing the sales process to HELP the sales people out. And the pay is 50k-60k. They will train people to do so. Great right?

I attended the first interview, zoom interview with another candidate. The hiring manager mentioned training and what are the unlimited growth opportunities they have. And the pay was 55k to 60k, base commission. I asked what the day to day will look like and what is success in this role, no clear answer just repeating growth and growth.

I got the call for second interview that very day and as being a suspicious about it i wanted the interview to be zoom call. They wanted to me to go to their office for this interview but i managed to get a zoom interview session.

I researched about this on glassdoor, redit and google reviews. First let me talk about google, if you check it out they have very good reviews considering the alternative companies. Which is very good right? But if you check you’ll see that every review is fake and scripted. You will find one or two bad reviews after 10/12 fake reviews. These reviews are only praising one or two guys that are working there.

Glassdoor and redit reviews were honest and non biased. But they were all positions for Marketing and Sales Associates or similar roles but not Management Trainee. In these reviews you’ll find what ever the job post is they want you to do door to door marketing. I thought sure marketing and sales entry level jobs need door to door sales and they probably need management trainees to handle the back end works.

So, i attended the second interview, after 5 minutes of the hiring manager talking I only got the idea for a sales associate role, not a management trainee. I asked what am i getting to do for the role i applied for? Then they pulls up a chart that summarises I need to do door to door sales for 3/6 months then, i’ll get promoted and train people and also sell like before, then I will become assistant manager, then branch manager. Then we talked about salary, they offered me 400$ base per week and commission on my sales. I was getting fucking furious at that moment, i woke up early Morning wore my suit to be paid 400$ for a door to door sales job? You fucking kidding me?

Also, door to door sales will be cold calling type no matter how much they say it’s warm calling.

I ended the interview.

Conclusion: They are scammers and MLM company but not for the customers, for the entry level people. They take advantage of the entry level job hunters and fuck them right in the ass for the price of peanuts. The top positions are filled by the people that didn’t even do this door to door sales so how TF would they know how to train people. So, don’t waste single minute of your time on this bullshit company. Find something better.
