A good friend of mine wants me to join her company as COO/CFO - her idea was was opening up a small fancy schmancy gourmet snack shop - we would only do 3-4 products - popcorn, french fries and maybe fresh cookies probably. (If successful, we’d expand)

I sort of love the idea…she loves popcorn and has replicated Garrett’s popcorn recipes (located in chicago). She also created a few more fun flavors.

Howeverrrrrrr, Garretts used to have shops here but they are gone. I cant figure out why. 😭😭

The location she were thinking was midtown (high 50s), LES, UWS or UES). TBD.

Do you BWT think this shop is a good idea? Would love any feedback on the concept! Would you all love fresh popcorn?
