Hi! We are looking for the person on the bike in South Brooklyn that went after the man that ran over our dog and sped away. You chased down the white unmarked van and made him return to the scene. Due to everything going on and our rush to get our dog to the hospital, we forgot to ask for your contact info. We would love to thank you and just tell you how appreciative we are that you went out of your way to chase that man down.
