Hey there! I'm Billy—I'm not sure if I can link to my socials in a post here, but feel free to stalk my profile. I'm a 31-year-old professional sex talker (yeah, that's a job). I host a podcast about sex & dating talking to the top sex educators, dating experts, porn stars, queer performers, feminist authors, and comedians. My friends own a building off the Myrtle-Broadway stop with a $2800 unit in Bushwick. 10-15 minutes to downtown Manhattan! It's a 'four bedroom/two bathroom' but it's very doable as a 3 bedroom office (i'm thinking of claiming two rooms or splitting an office). And it's not too shabby when you're friends with the landlord!

I'm open to two other roommates or a couple who wants to claim two of the rooms or a single and a couple. I'm pretty set on having one room be an office—it's not a bad tax write-off!

I'm looking to live with likeminded people. People who won't be icked out if can they hear me record a podcast about butt stuff or if I have to fake an orgasm for money. Maybe your job involves similar subject matter! Maybe you're also on 'that platform' and have found it caused tension with roommates and you'd like to be 'allowed' to film in a kitchen or living room without waiting for them to go on vacation. Maybe it's a place where a framed painting of a cock in the hallway is fun art for you and not bizarre perversion.

I am **vaccinated** but still wouldn't want *parties* before vaccines are open to all in New York. Please don't be the type of person I've grown to despise over the last 11 months who weren't just sloppy about COVID but dangerous (I don't care that everyone 'got tested' before your play party, Daniel). None of us were perfect, but one of my roommates went to a Halloween warehouse party, a last-minute NYE party in Florida, and a Super Bowl party.

• 420-friendly (i can keep it to my bedroom if you don't smoke)

• gainfully employed or can show how you're going to pay rent for the next year

Apartment:

My friend [who owns the building] and I are going to revisit when she gets back in town in a week or two. I'd wanna aim for April or May move. *Might* be able to get her to do June but I'm trying to get out of my current apartment situation as quickly and feasibly as possible. Pretty sure move-in is standard first deposit. I saw the above unit last year when my last apartment dissolved (I was the only one who didn't lose his job last Spring). I thought it was awesome then but the person I was looking with couldn't get his situation together so we had to let that one go. I like this place almost as much as I like GameStop stock!
