We need to quickly fill a spot in our 3-bedroom apartment for the month of August. The building is in an amazing neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the Bergen St. stop on the F/G, and only a little farther to Borough Hall where you can get the 2,3,4,5, and R. The apartment takes up the entire top floor of our 3-floor building, and we are the only tenants who live there; the other floors are commercial. You'd be sharing the apartment with 2 male tenants (26 and 35) who work day jobs.

The room in question is the largest in the apartment, with a smaller room off of the side that we use as an office/storage space. The room comes furnished with a Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, 2 desks, and a 46" TV. You'd also have access to all cookware in the kitchen.

Because the room is normally occupied by a couple, we're willing to take 1 or 2 people. We've reduced the asking price to $1500 because we're getting so close to August. Please call, text, or e-mail ASAP to come see the room!
