So my friend's girlfriend is moving out of her place in HK. You must be wondering why it is so cheap-- there is one draw back. There really are no bedrooms. At separate ends of the apartment there are lofts and latters up to what would be the "bedrooms". They are on opposite ends of the apartment and personally, I think it's cool as fuck. It's possibly one of the best locations in Manhattan. You can get anywhere.
There is also a backyard, a small kitchen, and a quasi-living/TV room which would be the normal space that separates both Lofts. This really is a kick ass deal. If you are a person that won't mind not having a true bedroom, meaning, an enclosed bedroom, then this is for you. The only problem I can see it starting is when having a girl (or guy, if you're a girl) over. Moaning could get awkward, but there's totally ways to work around it.
I am 24. I work in Public Relations. I really love music, I play bass guitar and guitar. Im a Jets, Knicks, Mets, Islanders and Clemson fan. I'm cleanly, not OCD about it though, 420 friendly and generally liberal towards most things. Really easygoing, friendly guy. If your a cool guy or girl and are interested, feel free to PM me. I'll send ya a link to my facebook and we can work this out. Regardless, 1900, or 950 a person, is a STEAL for a 2 br in Hell's Kitchen. I simply can't believe it's this cheap.
