I was initially looking to move in on August 1st (won’t be in NYC until July 15) but I’m not seeing a lot of great options on StreetEasy for Manhattan studios <$3100. When I open my range to July availability, there are a lot more good units. Do there tend to be less listings by August or should I expect more units to become available?
