Hey everyone, my name is Robert. I’m a 20-year-old college student and I’m currently dorming and I want to get out. I’m looking for a studio or a one bedroom apartment for around $1500 which I know is a little unrealistic so it’s why I am also looking for roommates. I am open to any boro as long as it’s not the Bronx because it’s too far from anywhere I need to be. A little about me is I am a college student at pace university studying political science, and I work as a substitute paraprofessional. If I’m not at work or class, I keep to myself. The only thing I’m asking for roommates is that you keep the common spaces clean and be a chill person to avoid conflict.
