I’m looking to sublet my large sized fully furnished studio in a nice pre-war building located in Brooklyn from March-july. It’s in midwood/flatbush area.

Rent is 1750(utilities included) Security is 1571.

7-9 minute walk to the B/Q train station and about a 12 minute walk to the 2 train station. Takes about 30 minute to get to manhattan and about 15-20 to get to Coney Island.

Laundromat is 5 minute walk away. Target/Aldi is about a 12 minute walk. Prospect Park is about a 30 minute walk. It’s great in the Spring/Summer if you want to get your steps in.
