Hey everyone! I'll be moving out of my current place sometime between July and October, hoping to move into a 1br by myself and it would be my first apartment without roommates.
I'm wondering what I can do NOW to help make my applications more attractive, since I figure a single income probably puts me at a disadvantage. I'm a full time, union protected employee, and I will have a guarantor. But are there any spending habits, financial setups or other things I can take control of now to help me land a great new place later?
Thank you brilliant neighbors!!
