Looking for short term lease apartment by Columbia campus or a more quiet place uptown? Look no further.

Currently have a lease till the end of July and was wondering if anyone is looking for a lease takeover. Just one subway stop north of campus, located at 125th street.

Building has Verizon Fios, 2 bed, 1 bath. Building has a laundry facility and small gym. We have been here for almost two years and love it but need to relocate out of state.

Quiet area and building with a Starbucks and grocery store on adjacent blocks.

DM me for any questions! Photos aren’t 100% accurate but give a good idea of the place. The apartment in question for renting is larger than the layout depicted in the photos.
