$1,350 month Utilities. Previous subleaser had to back-out, so looking for someone ASAP. It’s basement bedroom area with a 1/2 private bath from rent in BROOKLYN/Crown Heights area! (Basically a baby studio). 2 female roommates in medical school live in the two bedrooms upstairs, but you have the entire downstairs area to yourself (it is basically your own apartment). Private toilet and sink, your own fridge, Laundry IN UNIT, and very close to the Kingston 3, 4, and 5 trains. All you "share" is the kitchen, living room, and shower. $1,350/month available month-to-month, but could become a lease takeover. Utilities are about $100 month.
