Hi all! I will be relocating from Georgia to New York first or second week of September and am completely overwhelmed searching on my own.
Ill be commuting to JFK so trying to stay in the Brooklyn/Queens area to avoid daily tolls. Mid 20's, so would like a relatively lively and social area, but thats not as important as a safe, comfortable location.
I am looking for preferably a 1b/1b but a studio with the right setup (large enough area/layout that bed area and living space could be separated by some sort of temporary privacy divider, and decent closet space)
I will be bringing a vehicle so parking is a big priority as well.
My budget is around $3,000, but $2,700 ish would be a sweet spot since it seems the going parking rates on or off property are around $300-$400.
Any suggestions would be amazing!
