Moving into an apartment July 1st and looking for a roommate.

About the building: It's a relatively new building, directly across the street from the waterfront park, ferry, and pier. Building has an excellent gym, 2 outdoor terraces, grill space, and club room. (No pool unfortunately). The building has 8 elevators and a service elevator, 24hr doorman, package room, and full service laundry facility.

Hunters Point South neighborhood of Long Island Citym 5-10 min walk to the 7 train. Relatively quiet area, except for nice summer days when it can get a bit touristy.

About the apt: The apartment is on the 4th floor facing east (no city view) and has a dishwasher and washer dryer in unit. Shared bathroom. Rooms are separated and do not share a wall, so privacy should not be a problem. Small kitchen but it does have an island sink with space for barstools and faces the living room. It also has it's own window. Apt will be unfurnished as I don't have much furniture at the moment. May be able to provide a full size bed/maytres for you if needed.

About me: I'm a 28 years old, sex positive, gay man. I work as a tech analyst in forest hills, enjoy gaming, outdoor activities, and cooking for friends. Getting into fitness again and would love a gym buddy. Allergic to pets unfortunately. Sober so I don't drink or smoke, but I don't mind if you do (no smoking inside the apt please although Vaping is fine with me). I do intend to have a guy over every now and then, and I don't mind if you do either. Would prefer a gay man like me as I don't have many gay friends, but am open to anyone as long as you are LGBTQ friendly and we get along.
