Re-Weight at BHS

I have to re-weigh at BHS. When I went I weighed myself that morning and weighed 220. When I went to BHS I weighed in at 224 with sweats and a shirt on.
Just out of curiosity, did anyone experience anything like this? Thinking I should shoot to be two pounds under? Cutting water weight all day.
Edit: I wanted to edit post for anyone looking for information on weight and weighing in at BHS. I was able to pass, had to cut down past my weight.
- The scales at BHS are wonky, so I would shoot for under.
- You HAVE TO BE ON OR UNDER.
- They make you wear your clothes even though the sign says you can take them off.
- They will NOT subtract the weight of your clothes
- I was told you can't show any skin but can switch into shorts and a t-shirt. So wear the lightest possible shorts and shirt if you can (get yourself a pair of silkies or ranger panties).
