I recently became a sub teacher this month. I accepted my first assignment for this Friday at an elementary school. However I’m freaking out on what to do on a hour to hour basis. I am 24 years old. I have some assistant teaching experiencing in a preschool but no lead teaching experience. I’ve read that teachers would like the lesson plan to be followed. I will do that as I want to follow the lesson plan, but what happens if there is no lesson plan and I have no time to prep for a class? Also what are some disciplinary tactics I can use? I feel so underprepared. FYI I do not plan on becoming a teacher, I am currently in nursing school and wanted a flex per diem job
