I recently was offered a position in a public school. I was given the MOST EXTENSIVE HIRING PACKET I HAVE EVER RECEIVED but I completed everything. I need to work soon because I am living off not much from my second job and i decided to go to Reddit where I saw that the OPI background check is hell and they have no care for you in any regard. I just wanted to ask how long will this honestly take. Itβs almost been two weeks and rent is due in a few weeks.
For those who said it was a month please tell me there is a way to speed it up. I called DOE and all they said was email OPI and they should get back to me in a day or so. Anyone got any advice? I have no criminal history, but did get let go from an ABA CENTER but was told no cause and it was an At will place.
