Charter VS Doe
Post Body
I have worked in both systems and feel like charter is better than the DOE. Both have bullshit since itโs a job but at least in charter they give you materials, curriculum and the kids are behaviorally better. What is the real benefit of the DOE? I donโt see it tbh. Yeah you can say the pension, but as a younger teacher you can make more and it takes 5 years hopefully to get tenure. Anyone else got thoughts?
