I'm looking for an after work and weekend afternoon fitness buddy or buddies in Manhattan, ideally on the Westside for easier access and commutes to Central Park or Riverside Park.
I'm on a slow journey back to weekly at-home workouts, and would like an accountability partner or partners, who are also working out solo.
We'd start small with walking the Central Park loop or along the Hudson River Parkway, and then include at-home mobile gym workouts.
