Photo op time change

Like many others, got the email this morning that our photo op time for Chris Evans has changed and we now need to be there earlier than anticipated. They suggested we be IN the photo op hall by 9:20am to avoid getting stuck outside because the queue hall has filled. With that in mind, what is a realistic time to arrive at the Javits so we don’t miss our photo op?
