Known to Crash Without an Home Menu Patch

I tried to make a custom theme and the lock screen format I used (Clear lockscreen by Such Meme, Many Skill) seems to be causing a crash. Every time I try to install it it says 'The theme you're trying to install is known to crash without an home menu patch and you don't seem to have a compatible one installed'. Is there a place to find this patch? I built the theme using the latest Switch Theme Injector
