AMD reported net income of $265 million, versus $27 million 1 year ago.
I wanted to share some positive feelings about AMD's recent earnings report and how it could be a bright sign for Nvidia's upcoming earnings on August 28th. Advanced Micro Devices reported second-quarter earnings just now that beat Wall Street expectations for revenue and showed continued growth in sales of the company’s AI chips.
AMD reported net income of $265 million, or 16 cents per share, versus net income of $27 million, or 2 cents per share in the year-ago period.
Given AMD's strong performance, it's exciting to think about the potential positive impact on Nvidia's upcoming earnings. If AMD's growth in AI chips is any indication, we could see some impressive numbers from Nvidia as well. Let's stay optimistic and keep an eye on August 28th!
How are you all feeling about this? Does this put your fears to rest?
