Giving net again while in another uni

I got into comsats but didn’t get into nust. Nust is my dream uni, I will also have to pay less fees if I go to nust, so I was wondering if it would cause any issues if I went to comsats for an year, gave net again, then dropped out and started 1st year all over again next fall in nust? Does management take any issues with that?
