I hope our club fixes the website / social media aspect of our club - it is desperately needed.

So I ordered a castore shirt a month ago, they created a label and it has never been shipped.

I emailed concierge address in the club shop, 4 times now. No reply.

So I reached out to the support email on the clubs website, that the concierge for the club store is not replying to emails and my order has not shipped.

They replied saying that I should email the concierge.

Absolutely terrible service for a massive club like us.

Very saddening.

How hard is it to reply to emails? I'm sure there's someone who is a NUFC fan who would be happy with a minimum wage to reply to emails for the club.

Yet it seems too impossible for our club to do such a thing?
