Castore are terrible

Just wanted to vent.
I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago on the 13th of April.
It is now May 5th.
All they have done in over 3 weeks is created a shipping label which shows the package has not even been given to the courier.
Ive emailed them 3 times and no reply. No acknowledgement. Nothing.
After 4 weeks im doing a CC charge back.
I wish we could bin these clowns.
How much revenue must our club have lost from their ineptitude?
