Question about Index and No Vacancy

So basically I already planned all my modules properly. But now results just came out and I failed 1. But most of them have no slots left but after some changes for the plan, I am left with 1 module that requires a specific time slot but have no slot.
So if I do not manage to find like a slot, will they auto throw me into a index or will they shuffled all my slots around to fit it in
