Question About AU (Can't think of a more specific title)

Alright so I got my letter to be accepted to NTU for Triple E

But while looking through the letter, they were talking about Minor Programs which got me curious so I went to look it up.

After researching, I got some answers from some people about Minor like it is not compulsory, doesn't affected my school fee but does affect my overall gpa and some what understand how long each Minor is.

But I got confused about some other stuff.

What is Unrestricted Electives (The website just tell me I am recommended to have 6 AU from UE)
Some of the Minors have requirements so how do I go to get those requirements?
In triple E, how many AUs of UE I have to clear?
How about GER & Major Prescribed Electives?

Just treat me like someone who never thought about Uni up till now basically having no knowledge about anything in Uni at all.
