So... I am a student in the philippines and I already been enrolled in one of the university here. But I am planning of withdrawing my enrollment before finishing 1 semester there. So my questions are:
Is it okay to apply in NTU if I pull out my enrollment?
Can someone help me to apply for NTU especially filipino who have applied in NTU?
