It has certainly been a while since I posted, But I have been working on many things in the background for those who follow Valas!

The first thing I want to more or less prime this lore segment is a letter written from a character in universe.

Dear mom, or as most address you in the community Mother Maiden Allga.

I know it has been some time since I have written to you and written back home, I know my last letter was also filled with despair at the prospect of me not finding a man. Things have changed, however, and for the better it seems.

I met a man while I was traveling in a village just outside of Caramel, the Beastmen had attacked, and we were lucky enough to have a Paladin and his mercenary band with us. They helped save the village and kept damage and loss of life to a minimum. He fights well with a short bow and his strange spear sword hybrid… I don’t know what he calls it.

We traveled the road together for almost four months now, I consider it a stroke of luck that his mercenary band had retired because it meant that we got to travel together. I’ve been teaching him pieces of Valas, I do believe he already knew of it though because he mentioned being with one of our priestesses for an extended period of time. Though I struggle to explain what a mans place is in the eyes of Valas, he had a bad experience it seems with some possible extremists or at the very minimum slavers who pretend to be followers of Valas.

It just occurred to me that I didn’t describe this man, allow me to rectify this.

He stands tall, almost towering over me by a full measure, has a lean but strong frame, he has deep brown eyes the reflect my very soul in them it seems. I wish sometimes he’d look into my eyes more, but he says its uncomfortable to look people in the eyes. It’s a shame too because he’s fond of my green eyes, or so he says at least.

 His name is strange, I can’t place it but he calls himself Volteer. He says it was a common name where he was from, but the closest I could place the name was somewhere far up north. His skin tone certainly matches it as well, given the poor boy looks pale no matter how many times I have him out his armor to sunbathe while its still warm out. He also has scars, some on his chest and abdomen, others throughout his body. He says it’s from a hard life of monster hunting, but two of his scars I can’t place what kind of monster would do them. Some of them look like cut marks.

About two weeks ago he asked me what I thought of us, and at first I was confused at what he was asking, then he stated what he thought of us and how he would like to get to know me better. Ending it off by giving me flowers. He was so sweet when he handed them over too, I wasn’t expecting it to be honest.

I really think he’s the one Valas sent for me, I just wish it didn’t take me forever to find him, I’ll be coming home for the Joys soon, it’ll take me a few months so hopefully when I get there we will be more…. But even in this short time I have thought of the great surrender and embrace. I blush at the mere thought of it, I do find myself wondering what he will think of me in my Lune attire. He makes me want to wear it like no other too. Perhaps I’ll put it on when he is away. I promise mom nothing inappropriate will happen, at least not beyond what is custom for couples. I’ll place this letter in with the temple when we arrive at Luz, love always your daughter Y’llain.

The two big things I wish to draw attention to that have not been covered in my prior updates is "The Great Surrender" And "Embrace"
The great surrender is basically where the male is tied up and is told everything that his domme likes about him, which was covered before but never had a name until fairly recently. Ideally the Great surrender also ends with a tribute of male cum to make it known to both Valas and the domme that the man has given himself over to the both of them. It is also redone during marriage.

Now for the extra spicy part... The Embrace.

The Embrace is two parts ritual one part sex, and it often takes a few different forms depending on the kind of relationship it is used in.

Most often with in the Valas Faith the embrace is seen as an act of ultimate love and unity. And even though it is largely prefered for married couples to do it, A member of the clergy is free to do it with whomever she is daiting.

Enough beating around the bush now, think I've teased this out long enough! The Embrace itself is a very sensual and gentle pegging session between a follower of Valas and her chosen man. The man himself is lightly restrained, usually just his arms tied together and laid flat on his back. Often the hands are hung on a slot of the bed, this ritual is only to be done on a bed by the way. The domme then spends much of the next few minutes warming her sub up, doing some anal play and praising and rewarding him. She may even finger him as a bit of a prelude (ideally as well they've been working on this for a while, not just diving into it with a strapon). Then when both the man and his domme feel they are ready, She inserts the strap inside of him and kisses him passionately. After the first two thrusts she breaks the kiss, claims glory to Valas for her embrace, and the rest is normal pegging sex.

There is also one other thing that I world built, though its actually just for PIV sex in the Valas faith. And the rest of the world.

Amazon position is one of the most encouraged sexual positions with in the faith, but it is not called Amazon position because the amazons don't exist, so the short answer is its called Concubines gift to the rest of the world, but with in the followers it is called Divine glow. Calling it Concubines gift will at best earn a scolding from a devote follower, and at true worst might get you a duel to first blood. Never repeat it to a Lune or higher, it rarely ends well.
