Going to restart my mods list

Just need help restarting my mods list. In the past even with all the mods I added my game ended up like,
- A lot of female npc with same face and bigger tits
- A lot of the actual mods not working
- My graphics still looked normal.
Any one able to help compile a list for basic stuff? Doesn’t have to be your own list but one with all the basics and some recommendations if you want to give any
