What are the best completed, immersive games?

Hey, I am looking for something that has either a good story if it's a VN or nice immersive gameplay (with not too much grinding) and a lot of scenes with sex. I have a preference for fetish stuff, but anything is fine as long as it is finished and has a good amount of sex in it.
I played lots of visual novels, favorite of which are Euphoria, Discipline, Sansha Mendan, Starless.
Western stuff I did not play much, and I'd like to see a good example of a completed, western game (or at least near completed)
