Continuing on my journey to the deepest darkest pits of the earth I whipped up this lovely little painting. The found Jesus artwork was about living waters so I turned to my trusty reference collection and found a couple enjoying water.

The line work is uneven and twitchy. I decided to embrace the splotchy application of one shot paint and attempt to use it as a means of design. Really I just didn’t want to do another layer because these simple painting take hours and hours for some reason.

My process included using tracing paper to nail down proportions (still got a little weird), then transferring the image outline, and laying out the paint.

I’ve plenty more of these trashy little numbers pawing to get out of my head. Hahah.

Where would you hang this? Seems like under the shower head would be a good spot. Feel free to ask questions. I’ll give you answers that may or may not make any sense.
