I am currently working on an NSFW roleplaying Server in a fictional medival continent. I guess you could compare it to crusader kings because the focus is on the powergames of Monarchs; especially their affairs, scandals and attempts to create a bloodline.
You can make a fictional kingdom or join one and play as a monarch, a spouse, an heir or any other kind of character.
While the focus it clearly on the NSFW part, there is also the option to include management of your realm and politics.
