Following the breakup of my marriage last year, I've been single for the first time in over 8 years. There's been a number of hurdles to manage over that time, and one of those has been to build up my sexual confidence again as in the marriage in was in we had rather functional, but not fulfilling, intimacy.
While I've not done many outlandish things previously, I've had my moments for sure, I'm partly excited and anxious about these next steps and part of building up that confidence again is just being comfortable talking about it and sharing my thoughts to a wider audience, and positive validation helps of course.
As for about me, I'm 34, female, presently single, originally from the UK but now living in Australia, and will be online for a little while today to answer any questions.
