Question on game versions

I'm looking to pick up Metal Maz Xeno Reborn and I found two main versions on amazon one is esrb and is $27 and the other Cero and is I believe $47 but it looks like it comes with DLC. I'm just getting into switch collecting and am curious is which is it worth the extra $20 and is the dlc on the cartridge or does it require internet to download?
