Any issues running 2x 2.5" with AIO 280?

I got a bit of flack for a 3.5" HDD I was planning on using so I swapped it out for a 2.5" HDD (I know, still a spinner but it's what I have) from an old notebook. When entering the new configuration in to PCPP I get the below new compatibility warning that I don't know how it applies. I was thinking of placing the SSD and HDD up front behind the panel. Is this not doable?
Note: A 3.5" to 2.5" bay adapter is required.
