People with Narcissistic Paranoia Disorder, or NPD, are dealthly afraid of people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or NPD. People with NPD have an unhealthy attachment to the false belief that people with NPD are evil abusers. Those suffering from NPD will attribute instances of emotional, intimate, or familial abuse to NPD, even when there is no evidence to support these beliefs.

While people with NPD make up only 1% of the population, people with NPD see people with NPD everywhere. The delusions experience by those with NPD can extend into politics, as NPD often presents with a delusion that NPD makes a person "super-capable" in certain settings including a professional one. People with NPD often believe that politicians, celebrities, and media figures are part of a "narcissistic cabal" of people with NPD in collaboration. Genocidal impulses have been documented among people with NPD, with some patients expressing a desire to exterminate people with NPD out of a sense of intense fear of people with NPD.

Further study into NPD is required immediately, as this paranoid disorder is immensely destructive to both the patients, and the victims of their paranoid fantasies, who are often abused for their supposed mental illness in a pattern this researcher chooses to term, "narcissistic abuse".
