Abuse recovery resources that don't platform narc abuse

I just got out of an emotionally abusive relationship. I haven't had luck finding podcasts / youtubers who don't align narcissists with abusers, and subscribe to the idea we target and prey on empaths. Naturally I'm not interested in hearing all that while I try to process and understand the shit I've gone through
Any recommendations? Open to audiobooks as well
