Can you be misdiagnosed with BPD when you actually have NPD? Can you have both?

I am fairly certain I have NPD. I’m not asking for y’all to diagnose me. I’ll pursue that with my mental health team, but my questions are in the title.
I was diagnosed with BPD some years ago, but I actually think I have NPD, so I’m curious is anyone got misdiagnosed or if you can have both.
